Minimum Deposit Figures: Where to Read Yours Before You Pay
By PHPVIP Editorial Team
- Written for readers 21 and overIn the Philippines nobody under 21 may gamble, so every page here is written for readers past that birthday, whatever another sign-up form accepts.
- Every button leads to 76JLOur buttons all carry a single referral link, and that link opens 76JL; not one of them leads into a PHPVIP lobby.
- Facts held to public listsStatements about licences, wallets and age limits are compared with PAGCOR lists and BSP circulars before they are printed.
You want to know the smallest amount you can start with, and you deserve a straight number. Here is the straight part: the PHPVIP lobby prints no minimum deposit before you sign in, so any page that quotes one for it is guessing. What this page can do is show where the real figure appears and which three things can raise it.
Minimum Deposit: Where the Real Figure Appears
What the Lobby Prints About a Minimum
Nothing, signed out. Your cashier is the only source that matters, and it takes about a minute to read.
- Sign in and press the DEPOSIT icon in the lobby header. Signed out, that icon only reopens the announcement popup.
- Choose a route from the list your account shows.
- Read the minimum printed on that route’s screen.
- Only then type an amount.
The payment methods hub lists the routes you may meet, and the login page covers getting in.
Before you go: do step three even when the number looks familiar, because routes differ.
Three Sources That Can Set a Floor
A floor rarely comes from one place. Think of three layers, each with its own page to check.
| Layer | What it can add | Where to read it |
|---|---|---|
| The cashier route | A minimum per method | On the route’s screen, before you confirm |
| Your wallet or bank | A cash-in minimum or a monthly allowance | In the wallet’s help pages |
| A promotion | A deposit threshold inside its terms | On the promotion’s own card |
Wallet-side examples are real but narrow. Maya’s PESONet transfer begins at PHP 100.00, and a GCash Pera Outlet will not take a cash-in below PHP 100. Over-the-counter GCash cash-in costs 2 per cent once a month’s counter top-ups pass PHP 8,000 (below that it is free), so a larger first deposit by that route is not free.
Before you go: add the three layers together, because the highest floor wins.
The Ceiling on the Other Side
Your first deposit is also bounded from above. On a Basic GCash profile the monthly incoming total is PHP 5,000, and a Basic Maya account holds PHP 50K at most; the GCash withdraw limits and Maya account limits pages carry the other tiers.
Before you go: if the plan is a large first deposit, upgrade the wallet first and deposit second.
Red Flags to Watch For
Minimum Deposit Casino Claims on Other Pages
You are most exposed at the first deposit, when you are keen and the rules are new. Every item below is a reason to stop.
- A message gives you a “minimum” for PHPVIP and a personal account to pay into. The cashier, not a person, shows where deposits go.
- A page claims a fixed minimum with no source and no date.
- Someone asks for an extra “activation” deposit to release a withdrawal.
- A link sends you to a payment screen without you signing in first.
Before you go: if a figure did not come from your own signed-in cashier, treat it as unproven.
How to Get Started
-
Open DEPOSIT after you sign in
Select the route you want and read the minimum on that screen before typing an amount.
-
Check the wallet side
In your wallet app, look for a cash-in floor or a monthly allowance that could change the amount you choose.
-
Read any promotion's terms
If a first-deposit offer tempts you, open its card and read the threshold it attaches before you pay.
